CLSU, a public, non-profit institution in Munoz, Philippines, provides professional and technical training in agriculture and mechanic arts, as well as advanced education and research, with the aim of producing globally competitive, employable, and socially responsible graduates.


Keep in mind that, while tuition is free, students should budget for other expenses like as housing, transportation, study materials, meals, and personal items.








Scholarships

Central Luzon State University (CLSU) offers various scholarship opportunities for undergraduate students. These scholarships are funded by the university itself, private organizations, and external sponsors.


CLSU offers scholarships for students who meet specific requirements and have the necessary paperwork. The application process includes creating an application form, submitting grades, recommendation letters, and essays. The hospitality program prepares students for various segments of the hospitality industry, including food and beverage, lodging, leisure and recreation, culinary arts, and MICE.   • What are the general admission requirements?

    Although transfer students who have completed at least 36 credit units may be exempt, applicants must pass the College Admission Test (CLSU-CAT). 


     Complete documentation is also required, including a PSA birth certificate, a 2x2 colored ID photo with a name tag, and a Grade 12 report card or its equivalent. 


     A properly completed enrollment form and a physical checkup by the university doctor are also necessary.

  • Are there specific requirements for the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management?

    Yes. Applicants must fulfill the conditions set forth by the relevant college and university for admission.

  • What programs are offered in the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management?

    The department offers a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management

  • What does the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management program entail?

    Through activities, a stay-and-learn program, industry immersion, on-the-job training, and research, this curriculum equips students to compete in a variety of hospitality-related fields, such as food and beverage, hotel, leisure and recreation, and culinary arts

  • If I am from another institution, can I cross-enroll in CLSU?

    Yes, if there are spots available, students from other universities may cross-enroll in CLSU for particular courses.  They need to show a certificate of good moral character and a cross-registration permit from their home institution.
